John Keenon

Kenneth Norsworthy was to represent us at our house refinance closing through Rocket Mortgage and did not show up at all nor did he call to explain or apologize. After an hour, we called the Rocket Mortgage Closing department, and they said that he cancelled w/o explanation. It is possible that he communicated this to a 3rd party who was supposed to call us, but until I hear otherwise, I'm standing with this low rating.
