One of the best apartments I have lived in! Very clean (especially under the new management) and great location. You can hear the traffic if your room is by the streets, but not the neighbors. I appreciate the maintenance folks for accommodating my remote work schedule. The office staff are very responsive and helpful too! I recently renewed my lease after living here for about a year, and Bianca, the property manager, made the renewal process smooth. Thank you! Overall, I am quite content to be here and would recommend to those looking for a place in Tempe/Scottsdale area!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I haven’t had any issues! The management is so nice and helpful, and the apartments are clean and have great amenities. It’s also in a perfect location, too. The lease renewal process was quick and easy, and Bianca answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend living here!

The move in experience was wonderful. Juan in the front office was very helpful throughout the entire process and assisted with every question I had. The complex does get a little loud sometimes because of the traffic, but otherwise I don't have any other complaints. I'm looking forward to living her!
