Wow. The therapist Kate can seem like an optimistic therapist that is happy to help at first glance. Once you get into talking with her as a therapist and trust her with your private information to help you, she then uses your own information against you in a negative way. She revealed herself to be completely and totally rude. I have had several therapists in the past and I can say that Kate is the worst one I have worked with. \This is the real world\ she says to me in a derogatory way once I open up to her. She was very unprofessional in carrying and moving the conversation forward as a therapist/mental health professional. Instead of feeling relieved and better inside after speaking with her, I felt frustrated trying to work with her. Please be aware of what you are getting yourself into if you choose to work with her.

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 9 AM. When I arrived in their office they said they told all of the patients all in person appointments have been canceled. While I was filling out the new patient paperwork, they didn’t have anything scheduled for me today and the appointment is on November 30. They are really piece of work lol.

The staff here are unprofessional, incompetent! My daughter has been out of her Medication for month! Been calling every week, they lie and says the pharmacy has been sent the prescription. I call the pharmacy and no they dont have correct prescription!! How are they working in a field to help people!?
