Greg Nigro and the whole team at ACE we’re outstanding. They took the lead and from my perspective everything went totally as planned. I honestly was a very hard sale but in my two years with ACE I could not be happier. I went with a 46 panel system and during the northeast ‘sun’ months I can generate in excess of 2 megawatts - which means credit electric bills for at least 5 months and significantly lower bills in remaining months (including deep winter). Any questions or concerns were immediately addressed TO MY SATISFACTION. Greg and the ACE team did a great job following up post going on-line and I have no doubt that will continue. Without hesitation I would recommend ACE !!

I couldn't be any happier with my solar installation from ACE Solar. From the start, they responded to my e-mails and calls within hours and took time to answer all of my questions. They handled the entire process, from design to permits to installation to utility company interface, quickly and efficiently while I was away. They took care of setting up the SRECs with a broker and followed up with me on numerous occasions after the installation. The entire process was seamless and quick. Oh, I just received my first electric bill since the installation; it was a credit balance for 28.32. Awesome!
I can't say enough good things about ACE Solar. If there were 10 stars available i would choose it. I had already talked to 2 other companies, and things just didn't line up. I had the pleasure of meeting Greg from ACE Solar, and he was able to tell me things to help save me money that no other companies seemed to even know about. He was able to help me get a state grant, financing, and a 44 panel system for thousands cheaper than anyone else. I was paying over 500 a month in electricity for my large family, now i'm paying next to nothing. A from start to finish.
Edited to reflect company prompt response: We installed solar in mid-June. Eversource hooked it up ten days ago, then we got permission from the state to connect in network. While there was a glitch and it was not working, Ace was able to fix it remotely in a few hours. So we have solar and I am grateful to Ace. If you plan to get solar, I’d say make sure you understand in advance all the hoops you have to jump through, it is not as easy at it might seem at first blush.
Excellent service! Very professional, responsive, respectful. Even in these times, the installation was seamless and they kept us informed through the process. Totally recommend!
