Although the waitress were very good and the cocktails excellent, our concerns went to the lack of restaurant Covid protocol in the kitchen where only 1 kitchen staff wore a mask. There was a line worker eating/sampling food on the line prep WHILE the night manager was in the kitchen talking to the staff. Although we tried to eat the entrees...they were less then ok..and our thoughts kept returning to the kitchen staff. A member of the dinner party did want dessert (they were fully vaccinated and feeling *lucky*. The dessert, a dried out chocolate cake with excessive raspberry sauce (an effort perhaps to moisten it or hide the fact it was stale?). Suffice it to say, we wont be back.

Burton's Grill is an acceptable place. I say acceptable because for me it doesn't stand out in anything... The food is good and setting is nice, but the place is really overpriced. Kids cheeseburger is more like adults cheeseburger. I got the lettuce wrapped burger with fried egg... it wasn't bad bit I also wasn't impressed by the taste. My wife got the black bean burger and had the same feedback. But that 17 each for a burger doesn't make sense and the burger better taste superb. Would I go again? May be, but not sure.

Our waiter (Eric) was very attentive. We ordered our drinks (an amazing lemonade type martini) and took awhile to select what we wanted to eat. Once we made our decision Eric put our order in and grabbed us another drink. We took our time eating and finishing our drinks. We sat there talking for what seemed hours and Eric patiently let us and would occasionally ask if we were finished with our plates (we weren't) we continued to talk and once we were done Eric removed our settings and brought the bill. Pleasant surroundings all around and the food was absolutely amazing.

This is the busiest restaurant in North Andover. Make sure to make reservations. Ambiance and food is good. However lately service started to slide. No more bred and butter, food presentation is meh, check doesn't come in that little book anymore. Also restaurant needs a bus-boy to help cleaning tables. These might sound like nitpicking but when all your entrees are above 20 you are playing in a different league.
