I don't like to mention names but I've had a few verbal incidents with the nurse named Kerri. She is unprofessional & demeaning at times. I have emailed the office manager to see if I can get this resolved. Dr Johnson came highly recommended but all it takes is that 1 employee to mess it all up!! 12/29: Office Manager contacted me & for now, this issue with this nurse has been resolved. We have a right to complain but on the same token, acknowledge the good. Kudos to the medical assistants & receptionists.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about but my visits were fine. Admin staff was polite and knowledgable. Doctors both junior and senior were great and really knew what they were talking about. Doc Johnson took the time to personally go over my test results and explain everything to me. Answered all my questions and gave me going forward advise. He did not rush through our appointment which I was really pleased about. Great care and experiance. Keith

Dr. Johnson is an extremely knowledgeable physician in his field and beyond. He takes the time to explain tests, results and diagnoses with the patient. He was able to diagnose me after 3 visits and looking over my medical history and bloodwork after all other doctors have failed me. I've never noticed an abnormally long wait time. I have noticed that he accepts all insurance including Medicaid and he does sometimes have a full waiting room. I think this is because he is really working to help people! So, if there is a long wait, its definitely worth the excellent internal medicine he provides that I have never before experienced. He truly looks at the whole picture and looks for a cause to treat as opposed to just treating the symptoms. I also found ALL the staff to be extremely friendly and polite, especially the woman with the curly hair.

It took 2 Hrs for blood work! Nobody called for 1 month. When I called back I was told results can only be shared if I schedule another appointment.
