They were great! Set proper expectations and then lived up to them. They accommodated me the best they could (I ordered on the late side). I paid to have them stack it which they did in a very near and tidy manor. I've had a few firepit sessions since. The wood burns very nicely. I highly recommend them

Fabulous service! After several disappointing experiences of receiving almost more bark, moisture and dirt than firewood from suppliers near to my town of Swampscott, I went a little further afield with the help of Google and came across New England Firewood. Their website helpfully laid out the prices, the quantities and whether the wood was seasoned or semi seasoned. Believing I needed fully seasoned wood I was encouraged by their honesty when, after asking how and when I would be burning it, they said the less expensive semi seasoned would be more appropriate. They gave me a 2 hour time window for delivery the next day, and called when they were setting out to deliver to narrow that window down. To be honest I've never seen such clean firewood. I won't be going anywhere else in the future - I'm a very happy customer
