Staff is very friendly and professional. My nephew goes here and loves it. Since I am an engineer I like to talk about what he's learning with him, and it's clear he is learning a lot and is very enthusiastic about it too. When I have kids of my own they will be going here. Highly recommended.

The Maker Mill is an amazing location located in our town. The owners and employees are very knowledgeable in all of their classes and bring so many experiences to our kids through camps, after school classes and memberships. We have had a Cub Scout outing hosted at the Maker Mill, as well, which gave the scouts access to gain merits for a stop motion video they designed and completed. We love the staff and owners, and would definitely recommend this facility!
My daughter is a tad awkward, I love how she comes alive when she's around kids that get her jokes and have the same interests. Its a great wholesome space for her to be more independent and yet, safe.
...because I can't leave a "zero star" review. This place appears to be run and managed by children, with little-to-no customer service experience. When I asked Kelly to elaborate about some of the options for activities for the children, she seemed annoyed that I was distracting her from the game of Candy Crush, she was so eager to return to. When I asked about bringing in our own cake for a birthday party, the person on the phone originally said it was part of the 400 fee - but in person, when I mentioned this, Kelly made this "scoffing" sound and made it clear I was apparently an idiot for assuming the information given to me over the phone was accurate. Overall, it has a very disorganized vibe and layout, and after dealing with angry, hungover Kelly, I just wanted to get out of there and forget we ever stumbled upon "The Maker Mill".
We have been going to The Maker's Mill for over a year now and every time there we have had very enjoyable experience. The children (ages 8 through 11) love to play with a wide variety of educational and fun toys and activities: legos, arts and crafts, robots, etc. One of my sons particularly loves the summer camp they offer. It is the only camp he enjoys going to. He is special needs (ASD) and the staff at The Mill makes him feel very comfortable.
The maker mill is a positive environment that fosters creativity and allows my children to be innovative. My kids loved their painting and Minecraft birthday parties here. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable while also showing enthusiasm while teaching and communicating well with the kids. It was so nice join in on the fun with the kids while the the staff took care of everything. Some of my kids favorite things to do include LEGO league, Minecraft, slime, Pokémon night,and summer camp! When I drop off my kids I know they are having a great time and are safe.
I wish I could give The Maker Mill more stars! This company has a staff that is so attentive with the children that attend their programs. They are friendly and greet you with a smile. Children run to get their for the program that they are signed up for and are sometimes in tears that they have to leave.
Your driver deserves a negative star rating. I don't know who was driving your van Sunday evening, November 12th at 5:30 p.m., but they swerved in front of us in the tunnel and almost caused a wreck. Then they went on to swerve in front of another vehicle minutes later. I would think commercial liability should be a legitimate concern for your driver, as well as leaving a bad impression of your business since your name was highly visible on the Honda Pilot.
