I have used this store multiple times. Always a fantastic experience. Tracking numbers are email correctly and timely. This is my go to for shipping items (personal packages and returned items). I think other reviews don't give proper email addresses or not requesting them. Tracking numbers can only be provided once the store has processed them. Based on workload, they may not get to it until later in the day. I've never had an issue where tracking numbers a not sent when requested. Also, for other reviewers, if there is an issue with times/location/etc. I encourage you to submit a change to Google. This will help others in the community.

Shipped priceless photographs, of my cousin who just died, to my elderly aunt. Didn’t realize the receipt I was handed didn’t include a tracking number until I went to go track it and there was nothing. Called the store — closed. Called the 800 number — worthless. Can’t do anything without the tracking number, which I didn’t get because the guy asked for the address rather than giving me a label to fill out. Btw there was not a single label in that store available for customers to fill out. This is not a one-time thing. This is not someone having a bad day. This is an individually owned UPS store not following procedure and screwing the customer. I will never return and will continue to use FedEx, who by the way, has a far better on-time rate anyway (not my opinion, fact).

Love how close this store is, but (and this is as much my fault as anything) I have tried to get there before 4PM on a Saturday, when google says it closes, and when I get there the sign says closes at 2pm ....... kinda sucks

Shipped a package, no tracking number provided, went back to store to get tracking number because package was never delivered. Called the 800 number and could never speak to a person live. Finally called back the North Andover store and they offered to open a claim. Package was delivered thanks to the North Andover store getting involved.

Mike is a real homie, he’s a real one! Went in clueless and he was extremely helpful, the most amount of helpful. Went in to ship something, was quick and easy, and I got friendly service!

As a business owner, I was surprised at what happened here. I paid for the shipment of a box, where a label was never generated. My notes were taped onto the top of the box, and I was told this was how they do it and they generate a label later. I have no tracking on this package, the contents which do not belong to me. When I asked to ship a box international, I was told the person didn't know how and to come back the next morning, which I was unable to do because I work my shop. I shipped using a different carrier. I recognize I was foolish to leave a package with out seeing the transaction through. I would suggest that transactions be completed at time of drop off, and untrained personnel not be left alone in the store unattended. Update: 3/23-I had a very good chat with the owner of the store discussing the above issue. He was very accommodating and it seems I hit a bad day due to a personal emergency. He assured me the clerk was in training for additional skills. A very satisfactory outcome.

I pretty much come to a UPS store for one reason--to return junk to Amazon. And they do that very well. If I walk in with the box and label, they will take it as-is (un-taped) and just wave good-bye. I don't have to wait around to sign anything or tape anything--they just handle it all effortlessly. When I've used them to ship things, they make good recommendations for boxes, etc. to help me save money. I've also used the copiers. Pretty straightforward process, and they were very helpful. They have PO boxes here as well.
