Went today for covid testing after being exposed a week prior. My Son and mom have been sick with a head/chest cold for about 2 weeks, so we figured we needed to go get tested just to make sure. The parking lot only had 3 cars when we got there, but our wait was over an hr and a half. Finally got in to get tested. It only took a few mins for the testing, but was told 10 minutes on results, which we didn't get for another 30 minutes. The lady I had was great, but the guy my mom had was awful. He was saying that no one should be getting tested for covid, they should just quarantine for 14 days. Then my mom told him that her job requires a negative result or else she can't come back to work. After that he was rough taking the swab and rude to her. If you don't like your job and the things you have to do, then find another job. We also have to be super careful because my dad has Leukemia and has chemo treatments, so he has little to no immune system. From other reviews, it sounds like some house cleaning needs to be done on the staff. We will not go back, ever!!

When I went, I had a long wait due to social distancing and the increase of covid cases in the area.. but everything else was great. Once I got in the room, I was out quickly and everything was done with sanitation in mind.

Was very unhappy with the intake nurse. She seemed combative about us asking for a covid test. Then, I could hear her talking, in another area, clear as day, about us. Didn't appreciate it. Worked in Drs. offices and that she should be fired for violating HIPPA laws. I will say that the rest of the staff operated more smoothly. However, the person she was speaking to, who should told her to close her mouth and apologize to us. It will be a toss up if we will go there again for care.

Everyone was gracious & compassionate. I was in excruciating pain with a headache & they were willing to see me despite my having been exposed to COVID.
