It has to be the best customer experience I have had in along while.. I'm now officially a member of geek squad.. any tech I have in my house is looked after for 20 bucks a month .. doesn't matter if it was bought from best buy or not.. also I get a free movie rental once a month..

Took my computer in to Geek Squad because it was not loading properly. They checked it out and found it was OK. It was one of my add on that was screwing it up. They did not charge for this which made me so happy I bought a bigger monitor and fancy mouse.

Stay away. Purchased a product on line which was defective. I sent the product back requesting a refund. Never heard from the company. Best Buy doesnt want anything to do with it. I wont be dealing with them anymore. Be warned.

I have tried two locations in Barrie and NorthBay. Why does a store that sells stereos not have speaker wire? They both told me they had to order it....I would get it in 4 days. There wasn't even an empty place for it on the shelves so they must not stock it. The staff for the most part didnt even seem to know why I was looking for this item. Very poor service! But I blame the company not the employees for the lack of product knowledge. Best Buy is going down hill!

This is one place that wont get any business from my husband and I. We went to this store this afternoon, hoping to do some shopping. There was a young employee sitting at the door on his phone, he didnt look up or get a greeting from him. We then walked over to the appliances, we were wanting to purchase a washer and dryer. We walked around that area for about 10 min with no one coming to see if we needed help. We spotted 2 young men at the check out counter, one on their phone another watching the football game. We stood there another 5 min or so to see if they would come to help us but they were too "busy" We headed toward the door and looked down an isle and saw another employee on his phone leaning against the end of a counter and yet 2 more young girls at the customer service desk at the exit again on ther phones. It's pretty sad when you cant get any help because everyone is too "busy"

Best buy is a rip off because I only bought two Nintendo 2ds's charged for 4 and brought 2 back to the store and NO MONEY BACK AT ALL!!!! I live an hour and half away and it seems like that doesn't matter. Online chat is more helpful then calling or going into the store. They owe me 248 I go back to the store to get my money back and its not worth even bothering at this point! I will NEVER buy from this rip off store again!!
