I had prompt, professional service at BioPed. They answered my questions and explained things well, did an assessment, and offered treatment. All the staff I met were polite and friendly, and the clinic has excellent covid protocols. From my experience so far, I would recommend BioPed to anyone who needed help with foot issues. Linda

I just had my 1 year update appointment and it was great! I've been wearing my custom orthotics for a year now and they have greatly improved how I walk and I have far less pain in my feet after an 8 hour shift! The staff is always friendly and smiling, happy to help and they adjusted my inserts twice just to make sure I was happy and comfortable! :) I only have nice things to say about BioPed!

Wonderful staff, great atmosphere. I have recommended Amanda to my friends and neighbours. She is great at her job and has been very helpful with my orthotics which has reduced my foot pain. I highly recommend Bio-Ped North Bay.

I have been attending this clinic for 5 years. When I have had issues they were addressed swiftly. Properly fitting orthotics are usually achieved in one or two visits. I rarely return with issues until I require replacements. Thanks to their fine staff.
