B.J. knows what customer service is all about!He spent lots of time with me sourcing the best options for me for what PC/Laptop including all the accessories i would need for my new business venture in real-estate. Believe me i had scenarios and lots of questions!! Within hours of dropping off my new laptop ... it was even outside reg business hours he answered the call and got me all set up & answered my questions yet again. He has a great supportive team. They guide me when i lock myself out of my network or need my phone set up with my outlook! Thanks again for your wisdom and guidance.

Had an issue with my business internet/router/modem that required reconfiguration beyond my technical ability and had to call in an expert. CE Computers and Networks came highly recommended so I phoned them up and a technician was dispatched (and arrived) within 10 mins of my call. I have always come to CE computers for all my computer needs. The owner has been taking care of me, my family , my friends and my business for 20 years now. I have no problems recommending him to everyone. In fact even though I moved 6 hrs away I still only trust him with any computer and technical needs.
Just discovered this computer shop. Technician Mehid is the best at solving problems. Highly recommended if your tired of wasting money on front end service fees.
I went into this place crying because my computer was broken, and it was the last thing my father gave me before he died. I also need it to work remotely. They told me it would cost 200 to fix something that it literally took my boyfriend 5 and 10 mins to fix. Requiring a computer, they sold me a 10 year old computer with no camera for almost 200--its value is about 50. I was unable to teach my students. My income and employment have been affected by COVID. Not cool. Choose someone else. These guys aren't nice at all. A reply to your reply: I did not feel I had a bad experience, I had a bad experience. I did not try to force you to get another company to do it. I asked for help as to where i could get it done promptly. I may have asked you to call because my phone was dead. I had a class to teach remotely, which requires a camera and a microphone (I did tell you why I needed it). I was clearly upset, but not with your staff initially; although they weren't extremely friendly or sympathetic. I was upset because I thought I had lost something extremely important to me personally and professionally. I already sold the computer for what it was appraised by another professional, which is way less than you sold it to me for. Thanks for the generous offer of letting me return something under warrantee though. I just didn't want to go back in there. I've never written a bad review about anyone before, and clearly others think you're reputable. I would just advise people to watch out for your pricing. You told me this computer was 5 years old, and I know that to be untrue. You told me the cost of repair would cost the same as the computer you sold me. For a 5 part and 10 mins of your time? If you're not sorry, don't apologize. No one is going to care about my review anyway.
