Cartridge Solutions Refill It

They aren't honest people. For context, I'm a student who needs to print for as cheap as possible. I thought this was a solution. I brought in a cartridge to refill, and the employee said, "oh, I shouldn't give you a refill because HP is finicky with that, if you need to print something today, don't get a refill". Told me to buy new, and that ink is extremely expensive for refills. *Price is cheaper at Walmart for a new cartridge anyways* Ink costs very little money as well, printer companies just like to monopolize the market on ink sales. Then after I bought a new one (8 more after tax compared to other places), she said, "oh just bring this in and I can refill it later"... Why didn't she refill my first used cartridge then? Shady business practices here. I will be refilling my own cartridges for pennies on the dollar through Amazon ink refills. No thank you, Cartridge Solutions.
