Absolutely fantastic service and vehicles. The office staff explained the the operation of the Jeep Compass to me which was a great help. The Jeep was fantastic. Cannot say enough about how great renting from North Bay Discount was.
I Truly want to say the entire staff is Beyond exceptional! They go above and beyond and make your experience fantastic! I would without a doubt recommend them to Anyone!!
Very disappointed. Have been left twice on 2 separate occasions without a car after making reservations online for one. Staff is not helpful and I was even encouraged to call enterprise.
Booked a car for Aug. 17th 8am to the 21st online, called the day prior to confirm everything is good. We show up at 8am no car until 4.. I would also give 0 stars if I could.
