Outrageously priced units that are in poor condition. Owners are bullies and their Youtube channel and book are embarrassing. Repair requests routinely ignored. They are slumlords.
I am so happy with the service and help Dave and Mel did for me in starting up my own business they went above and beyond in making sure the renovations were exactly what I needed ... I couldn’t be happier with my decision in choosing one of there rental properties to open up my new salon .... I have no doubt I will be at this location for years to come .... As an exterior contractor, I've worked with Dupuis Properties on several large projects. It's been a pleasure working with a landlord who seeks out quality workmanship, not just a quick fix. Many landlords will make sure their own home looks good and is protected from the elements, but then cut corners when it comes to their income properties. I'm happy to say that's not the case with Dupuis!
