I usually give this Macs a full star rating, however I was overcharged on a voucher for the 3rd time! The elderly lady with short hair doesn’t know how to ring the vouchers up and every time I question her about it she says she doesn’t know anything about it and can’t help me. Other then that the other staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
