Good experience with a few caveats in relation to the final price and time required to repair, however I suspect those issues were tied to the pandemic and out of their control. The staff were very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile!

Had to get a fan and back piece replaced and unfortunately it happened just before Christmas. Despite the holiday and then a Covid Lockdown, NB Computer Services were able to get my parts in quickly.
