Northern Honda... what can I say? I left in my new Civic with happy tears! Corinna and Tammy were wonderful. I needed another car; and they got us in last minute on a Saturday for a test drive. I've been a customer with Northern Honda for many years at this point and have had very good service with this dealership's service department overall. They provide good value with my vehicle's regular service appointments and have come through for me on several unforeseen issues. Happy to continue using this dealership for our Honda vehicles.
I always get excellent service at Honda. My car is always ready at a reasonable time, never any surprises about cost or work to be done. Not only do they do the work needed, but everything is checked over, sanitized, fluids topped up, car washed on the outside, and all doors lubricated. They’re friendly and efficient and make taking the car in not so bad.
Visited Northern Honda after struggling to find the locking nut key for my rims. Showed up and within the hour they located the correct locking nut and replaced with the proper ones. Treated like I purchased my vehicle from them when I bought it down south. From someone who steers clear of dealerships I'd never hesitate to send a loved one here. Not out to drain your wallet. Nothing but great customer service. I leave beyond happy every time. Edit: nice to know there 74 oil change is now up to 90, makes the decision to do it myself a bit easier
