Unfortunately didn't have a chance to meet the owner, Sophie, in person, but she seemed like such a nice person. Professional and accommodating. Her house is beautiful and clean, exactly as described on her website. The fenced in backyard really helped with traveling with a timid dog in winter. The hottub was a cherry on top!
