while I appreciate the efforts in place while we all deal with covid and I have worked in healthcare for 18 years , I am well aware of infection control practices and infectious diseases...today the guidelines went too far for me... the screener at the door asked me my name( fine but I don't necessarily want the person behind me to know my name for privacy and security reasons) if I was there to see a teller and I answered yes...that should have been the end of it, I understand the need to streamline things for effective service...I was proceeded to be asked what do I need to see the teller about....with someone in line behind me .. I am well aware of privacy laws working in a hospital, as a financial institution, you should as well... It is no one's business why I am at the bank especially those in line behind me , not only for privacy reasons but security reasons as well... I am well aware of contract tracing and have no issues signing a sheet confidentially, and of course the banks have a log in their computers of who was there and at what time because we enter our access cards...it is bad enough now with the use of masks and the protective plexy glass everyone in the bank knows your business because people need to talk extra loud hear through everything ... I was given a card by the next teller over that said you could sign in at your next visit prior to arrival...ok that is fine, but not everyone has technology. ..

Excelled branch! The location is right beside an Independent Grocer, Walmart, and the North Bay Mall! They offer a drive-thru A.T.M., which is perfect for late night transactions or winter months! Inside the branch is clean, fresh, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had multiple mortgages, lines of credit, investments etc...and a 30 year relationship with TD Bank. I had a fraudulent cheque written on my account for 400.00. I did not receive three bank statements for 2018 including the month from which the cheque was written. The day I received duplicate statements, I informed TD Bank of the bogus cheque. They used a \too late\ loophole to deny reimbursing me the 400.00. The morale of the story is...your relationship with TD Bank may appear to be mutually beneficial but they clearly will throw a customer under the bus if it makes them a few bucks!! I will move my remaining business out of TD shortly and spread the word as I am doing here.

I just spent 20 minutes trying to make a cash deposit at the drive through. It only accepted a few bills at a time. It was very frustrating as it can count 50 bills but it kept bunching them up and eventually I had to leave without making my full deposit. They lock their doors and force you to use a drive through that is defective. CIBC has their machines available all night.
