I recently dealt with Shani Dyson at Davey real estate. I can honestly say it was a total pleasure. I deal day to day with numerous real estate companies all over Perth. I've worked with literally hundreds over the years and its rare to find anyone in Shani's league among their staff. She was helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, fair & at all times super professional in representing her client. Even though I'm a stickler for detail, nothing was too much trouble for her and she instigated the successful outcome of a potentially tricky situation easily, calmly and swiftly. Dan Owens is an unprofessional, lying, shady and dodgy business man. Do NOT use this real estate company. He has no regard for your best interest, and is one of the worst real estate agents I have ever worked with. He does not follow any guidelines, any system and doesn't do anything by the book. Not once has he kept his word, and he often lies to tenants and real estate agents to have his way. Never go through this company.
