I am a homeowner from Stirling who last year made the mistake of engaging Brian to list my home. He failed to do so within 3 months in what he himself preaches as the perfect sellers market. The lady on the phone made him seem professional, honest and capable of selling my home in a short time. He wasn't. I would strongly suggest you take your property’s elsewhere to a reputable firm. I would not recommend his services as Brian is extremely dishonest and I am not the only customer to have issues with him and how he treats potential buyers or sellers. He continues to have bad reviews deleted from his facebook and the real estate pages but as you can see from the few left up you would be silly to not steer clear. Absolutely everything everyone has written from the arrogance to the disrespect to the foul language is 100% correct.

I had a very disappointing experience using Brian’s services and am very dissatisfied with his service and standard of conduct. It appears by this site that I am not alone and this greatly concerns me. Please consider reporting Brian’s conduct, as in my experience he clearly breaches the REBA code of conduct with his unethical behaviour and decisions. Please consider using an alternative agent, it will save you a lot of grief in your realestate experience/process.
No Stone unturned.. Brian sold our home in Marmion in a very slow market; he held home opens every weekend and during the week days ,plus at call all the time to meet intending purchasers. We appreciated Brian’s efforts to keep us informed with what was happening during the sale process..... He gave us exceptional assistance in getting the property ready for sale. He was easy to contact, very responsive and always willing to do extra to assist us. He always kept me well informed; sending weekly marketing reports as well as regular feedback resulting from the home opens. Brian also organised a free editorial in the West Australian Newspaper for us. Brian was always responsive, hard-working and got the job done. Brian’s expert advice and sense of humour allowed us to relax and have complete faith in the sale of our home. Thank you for selling our place. I am really impressed with your team and I felt so confident throughout the whole sale process. I will certainly recommend you to my friends should they want to sell. Thank you once again.
