Doctor doesn't respect Televisit appointment scheduled. Had to wait endless for doctor to start televisit. Its been 3 days nobody care to followup with me for Televisit Appointment I had with doctor. I had to call office and doesn't get positive response or apology for the same. Still they response back that - they have notified doctor. Unsatisfied service for Televisit.

Worst office ever..I need my test results bc they never call back...never answering the phones and when they do they put you on hold for the longest time..then says they are open until 5pm ..I called at 4:26pm says they are closed..

I being going to see Dr. Shah since last year for weight loss program, I feel amazing with the results, he has changed my life, love the staff, specially Amanda and Monjed they rock

This doctor requires you to come in just to receive the results of your blood tests...refuses to give them over the phone and thereby charges you twice, once to be seen and order tests and then again just to get the results. This office was 40 mins away from where I stayed and so it was very inconvenient. In addition, be prepared to stay a long time. I’ve waited over an hour passed my scheduled time to be seen. He seems good at what he does though.

My husband got some tests run by Dr. Shah. He waited for the results, as the Dr said that they would call him, Doctor never called. He had to make an appointment to get the results. So he comes home and I see that his results were from last year! I call the office, the girls said that the Dr gave the wrong results, and that he can pick up the new ones anytime. I said \well then my husband has to get re-consulted with the correct diagnosis\. The girls brushed it off saying \Oh im sure the Dr went over everything already.\ I said no there is this and that missing. They said \Ok let me see I will ask the Dr.\ I was put on hold for 20 minutes. After that I decide to call the office from my husband's cell phone while on hold by the office with my own cellphone, and the office was closed! They just put me on hold and closed shop!!! So, the Dr hands him the wrong results, thank goodness my husband didn't get any medicine prescribed because God knows if the Dr would have been looking at the old results, PLUS the team is incompetent and rude. Do I have to tell you not to go there?
