Because of the chaves he said he was the manager of the hotel he is never be welcoming and he is always rude I stay this hotel 6 days with my friends and I am marriot platinum members he has problems I never go back this hotel never Recomend this hotel for any body

Stayed with my family for 3 days while visiting NYC. Hotel room was clean and spacious and even had a microwave and fridge which was great especially when traveling with small children. Front desk guy was very nice and gave us some tips on places to visit in New Jersey. Only downfall was that the section in the lobby where they sale snacks and drinks was completely empty. They told us due to Covid there was No Breakfast, Hotel Gym was unavailable and Laundry room was also unavailable. Room was a bit cold even when adjusting the temperature but no big deal, just had my kids wear warm pajamas. Towels in the room were very hard, might as well use a brillo pad lol. On a positive note, there's a Target within walking distance as well as other restaurants.
Room is super clean. Staff are amazing, great service. Felt like home.

Well this place is very nice but the fact that there's no breakfast totally ruined the experience pandemic or not people need to eat especially when your paying money
