Dr Badri is an excellent doctor. Nothing but good things to say about him. Me and my family have been going to him for over 15 years however, the staff that work there are very rude, and have no people skills in customer service. They always think there right, and talk behind patients backs. In addition, they always have an attitude and try to make small problems into bigger issues. The three stars are for Dr Badri. Sad to see a great doctor with horrible staff.

Horrible, he dropped out of sight during the Pandemic
I think dr badri is a good doctor, the downfall of his practice will be his staff. I have been a patient of dr badri for over 10 yrs and in that time his staff has become progressively worse. The worse staff that he has ever had is working right now at his bergenline ave office. When you go to an appointment and are on time and you dont get seen on time and wind up spending 4-6 hours in an office with rude staff I think dr badri will start losing patients as he lost me. Good luck with your new rude staff
The staff there sucks, they didn’t try to help at all. If I could, I would give them NO STARS. The staff specially makes you feel as if you are a burden. They have no empathy for complex situations. When the case requires for them to actually do some work or research on your behalf they stall until you get tired, I was told, “ if you don’t like the process, you can go somewhere else”, as you try to explain they would talk over you in their language and rolled their eyes...I was appalled that they are actually in the medical field, an industry that requires patience and most of all interpersonal skills, that just cannot be taught, is something you genuinely have. They are the best examples of someone that just works for a check and nothing else you can actually feel the misery in the air. I immediately switched providers. I have enough to worry about to have the concern of not getting things done properly when it comes to my family’s health.
Absolutely outstanding doctor. He is very courteous and professional. He has been my dr for many many years & i would not change him at all. The staff is wonderful too.
