What a fantastic find of a shop! Amazing selection of kids books about art and science and nature and loads of great activity books and lovely stationery that woudl make great gifts. Excellent Warhammer corner too :) Also, a super nice shop owner!
It pains me to have to post a negative review for this shop as the owners have always been very nice and provide a fantastic service. However, today (Saturday 8th July 2017), there was an assistant on and proved a very different experience. I had explained in great detail with regards to some double sided colour prints which were to be laminated. When I returned to the shop to point out her mistake I was subjected to a barrage of abuse and told me the issue was my not explaining my request properly, which is nonsense. This was highly embarrassing as it was in front of other customers. I decided to leave the work for her to complete once again and in the heat of the moment I left my house keys on the counter and left the shop. I returned moments later after realising I had left them only to have them thrown at me across said counter. All in all quite shocked at the sub standard service, aggressive impolite attitude and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Disgraceful behaviour.
