When we decided to sell our house in Gullane we obviously wanted the best price and for that we needed a company that really knew the area and could market our individual house to it’s best potential. We spoke to several agents and Simpson and Marwick gave us great confidence with their professional and friendly approach. We agreed on the full package of estate agency and legal and also agreed to the walkthrough video as well as pictures. She also provided reassurance about the additional safety measures required for viewings.
