Our garage door wouldn't open or close suddenly and I needed same day service. Had to call a couple places, and thankfully Jeremiah was able to come out same day. He was very knowledgeable and showed us a few things we didn't know about our system. He fixed the problem quickly at a very affordable cost and did some preventative maintenance as well. SUPER nice guy, very professional. Would highly recommend!!

I found out late at night that the spring on my garage door was busted. The door seemed HEAVEY to lift and would only come up about 5 inches from the ground. I literally had no idea who to call for this type of issue. Since Google is our friend, I googled and among other results the Galaxy Door came up. It is embarrassing to admit but I prefer Texting over having to call. So I texted Galaxy and lo and behold they replied right away (keep in mind this was at night lol). I texted the garage pics and was given a rough estimate. Jeremiah said he will be at my home next AM. He worked on the garage and everything turned out perfect. Here is why I would recommend him… he kept me up to date via texting. He was quick to reply even during non-business hours. He came to our house the next day on a short notice. His work came with a lifetime warranty. All in all we were satisfied. I would feel OK recommending him to a friend.
Hands down great service, fair price, and efficient. Just had Jeremiah fix a broken spring on my resid two car garage door. The great thing is no initial service call fee. Came on time and completed job quickly.
Both my garage doors went down at the same time so we ended up parking our cars in the driveway. After so long, we said enough was enough. Being new to the area, we didn’t know where to start when it came to looking for someone to repair our two car garage. We called a few places and started to get discouraged. I finally decided to google and read some reviews and Jeremiah came highly recommended. He’s extremely professional and he’s very accommodating. He gives you suggestions on how to make things better and our garage doors work like new. Thank you Jeremiah for coming out and doing a great job. I’d definitely refer him to anyone needing garage services!
I want to take a minute and say I would 100% recommend Jeremiah to repair your garage door. He was fast, reliable, reasonable and efficient at repairing my broken springs on the door. Very friendly and didn’t try to overcharge for unnecessary parts. You can’t go wrong when you call on his service. I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for your professionalism.
