Great company. Experts at what they do
like
An absolute joy to do business with. Extremely fast arrival. Office crew is great and as friendly as could be. When a tree fell on the house they were there in no time to ensure no water got inside. While I hope we never need help like this again, Servpro of Canton is the first place we'd call!
At this point, ESTIMATE five stars. Laura was a wealth of information! Something else needs addressed before we need ServPro services, but preliminary estimate within reason.
This company is outstanding and always get's it done. SO easy to work with, awesome team of people that are helpful and always looking out for the customer!
Our office has restoration companies come in here every week trying to get us to refer them business. I have yet to find a company that is as professional and expedient as Servpro. Their Territory Manager, Laura is as knowledgeable as anyone that I have met in my 15 years in the insurance industry. And best of all, she stays involved and is accessible to my staff and my clients throughout the entire claim.
