Well...we used to have a fun Polaris Rzr on a trailer ...after 2 months at this place it has vanished. We stopped by to check on it, only to discover it’s just gone! 2 days trying to reach mgt before they called us back. During the investigation we found that the gate code is the same for everyone...meaning there is no tracking of who comes and goes. It’s no different than a padlock where everyone has the same key. This is not a secure practice. Anyone could sell or use the gate code to access the site with impunity. Also, security cameras had been non operational for some period of time and they are unable to tell when it was stolen. Only that the first day the cameras were back online, it was gone. When I searched their profile on Facebook, I stumbled across another couple who had their travel trailer stolen less than 2 weeks after ours. There are probably other people who just haven’t realized yet. Without properly secured gate access and no theft deterrent, the items there are just waiting to be taken. The thieves now know it’s an easy target.

It was an easy process getting a rental space. The facility itself is nice and in a convenient location however it is extremely difficult to reach anyone once you have received your rental space and once you decide to leave it is impossible to get out of their system and they continue to charge your credit card on file even after you have received confirmation that you are released from your rental space. Still waiting for them to refund funds charged to my credit card .
I was pleasantly surprise with the simply and quick check in process. The on-line payment process was a breeze to set up as well. The facility is gated with 24 hour access via a gate key pad. The property is provided with on-site cameras and lights throughout the property. Definitely recommend!
Great facility, I have leased from the Bass Family from day one. Is a great boat storage at a fair price. Today, I met with the new property manager Mr. James; very professional and helpful Manager. I highly recommend the location and the services.
We tried for three days to get someone to pick up the phone so we could rent a unit. Left numerous voicemails and even emailed, per instructions on website and voice mail message. Went to the storage site two different days during posted hours and gates were locked, no staff on site. Ended up having to rent a unit 25 minutes from home, for nearly twice the price. Sad that a customer has to basically beg for service.
