This place was so helpful and great. Not only were they the best price, but Shannon was terrific to work with. She got back to me before anyone else did and delivered the same day. I didn’t realize how affordable renting a portable toilet would be when having construction on your house down and Shannon made a stressful situations lot more bearable. 100% recommend!

Good afternoon, I send you this email to express how annoyed I am with your services, I have been renting a laptop for my small restaurant for years and it is always the same problem, but yes, they promptly remove the payment of the bathroom rent from my account Their employees say that they come to clean and that they find the access occupied and that is why they do not clean it and that is not true, this is a restaurant and when they always come at lunch time, I have had to give them tacos so that Do it, and now they have the whole month of January without coming and half of December, the bathroom is horrible and dirty and I call and they don't give me a valid answer, is there someone I can talk to to solve this?
They were half the cost of the others I called, and proved to be super easy to work with, on time, and under budget. I’d super recommend them!
We had a great experience renting from Access Toilets for our wedding! Shannon was so kind and prompt in all her communication, and was kind enough to let my parents come out and take a look at the restroom trailers. We ended up with a pretty big guest list and went with the 8 stall trailer. On drop off, the driver did a great job of backing the trailer into a tight space, and of working with us to find the right location -- easily accessible but not in the direct background of everything. There are a lot of restroom trailer companies in Charleston (and many which advertise more to the wedding crowd) but we are really happy we ended up with Access.
