My experience with Bath Fitter Charleston was seamless from start to finish! The sweet lady in the office (I'm sorry I don't remember her name), gave me basic information and scheduled a virtual consultation for me the next day with one of their Design Consultants (Mario). During the consultation, Mario, listened to my needs and walked me through all of the options. The photos and pricing were easy to understand and he explained the install process to me in detail. The installer, Solomon, arrived on time and was completely prepared for the job. He even called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we knew he was on the way. Solomon was incredibly friendly, professional and did an amazing job transforming the bathroom for us. The install was thorough, but done quickly so that we wouldn't have to be without the use of the shower for longer than a day. Mario also stopped by towards the end of install to check on things and to ensure we were happy with everything. They really see things through from start to finish and made what could have been a stressful renovation an incredibly easy process. We've had many remodels done on properties we own and I'm truly impressed with the service and quality we received from BathFitter. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Happy Days

WOW! We were so surprised at the work they did. We got such a great deal and out bathroom looks fantastic. Had we known, we would have done this way sooner. They came in and tore our the old nasty tub and put in a beautiful super large shower with all the bells and whistles. My hubby was worried the floor would give but nope. It's solid and really high quality. We recommend Bath Fitter in Charleston with a big YES! GREAT FOLKS that will leave you wowed like us! Looks exactly like the pic - we even bought teak pieces like photoed to make our bathroom look like a Spa. Love love love it! This photo was our inspiration. Thank you Bath Fitter Charleston!

We were so wowed with our shower and bath remodel in our master bath. From Karen in the front office to Chris Hall with our installation, everyone was so nice and attentive. They even let my boys watch. Now the boys want to redo their bathroom!

We had a good experience with Bathfitter. We had an in home quote, then decided to go forward with the project a few days later. We ended up getting the tub and shower installed just a few weeks later. The install was done in one day and took about 9 hrs. The only problem we had with the install was the installer used two red pex pipes for both cold and warm water, which is a very minor issue. Based on our experience we would recommend bathfitter.
