I saw Aliece for issues during pregnancy and she was amazing! She did an internal exam and it was not awkward or uncomfortable at all. She helped me figure out what was going on and gave me practical ways to improve.

I came to Aliece during the pregnancy of my second child for pelvic pain/ discomfort. I have continued coming to Aliece to help me recover postpartum and repair my abdominals from diastasis recti (ab separation from pregnancy). My experience with her has been so helpful to manage the pain during pregnancy and even eliminate pain, strengthen my pelvic floor, and prevent future pain. She has equipped me with so many exercises & stretches that I can do at home to get stronger. I believe I recovered faster and better with this 2nd pregnancy because of my time with Aliece. She is kind, gentle, smart, passionate, helpful- you will love working with her!!

My husband has been working with Ayoe Kelly at Carolina Physical Therapy for several months and has really improved! He is regaining flexibility and stamina by following a custom plan Ayoe created for him. He finds her very easy to work with even on telemedicine appointments. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!
