Great location close to the highway, however it is not far from the interstate. Great staff, courteous, polite and professional.

Joel was a nice salesperson but once his upper management Allison and Tony got involved in the deal, everything went downhill. If you don't know anything about purchasing a mobile home and financing don't buy from this particular Clayton home. They change the price in the paperwork to increase the price back up to the original price of the trailer which was different from what we agree upon. We went to another place still affiliated with Clayton homes and had a EXTREMELY better experience compared to them.
I had a great experience with Jamika. She's very knowledgeable and patient. I look forward to getting my modular home custom built! Laura
