I arrived for my appointment at 9 am. I was there almost until noon. I had made another appointment for that same day at 11am, that I could not keep due to the long wait. I actually had to miss that 11am appointment. The doctor was very good but the nurse did not seem to be as qualified.

The lady who took my paperwork was so rude! I signed the paperwork like she asked, she said \it'll be a 3 hour wait at least\ That's ok, I'm going to grab a bite to eat and I'll be right back! ( I mean, there is nowhere to sit and I've got 3 hours worth of patients/patient care ahead of me so I stepped out for a few minutes to grab a bite to eat, I was gone 45 mins at most and only walked to the Jimmy John's next door) She apparently didnt hand me all of the paperwork I was supposed to have filled out (obviously my fault right?) and snapped at me for walking out for a few minutes when \I told you you weren't supposed to leave\ (no, she didn't tell me) and got really huffy out loud in front of the other patients who were standing behind me. Very unprofessional. I will never come back here. **Update** 3 and a half hours later I am finally in a room and there is dried blood on the bed that I'm supposed to be examined on. Awesome.
I don't understand how a doctor can make a decision about me after only seeing me for 5 minutes. My regular doctor has known me for 20 years and doesn't believe I need this test. Now, because of that I can only get my medical clearance for 3 months. I've seen 2 other DOT doctors and was cleared just fine.
To be very honest everyone there was truly kind and thoughtful of me, all your associates who were involved with the process of my DOT physical were very professional, gracious and conscientious of me as an individual and were very helpful in guiding me through your company's procedures and the DOT physical process, I truly appreciate the extra time that everyone spent to make sure that I treated well and that I was personally helped through the DOT physical process and that I was acknowledge with any and all of my questions...
My experience with Concentra urgent care center was great. I gave them 5 stars for cleanliness and the service they provided. Nice caring service from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out.
