They burn my toast so often, I’m going to have start checking it before I leave or stop going to this location altogether, which is unfortunate because this location is conveniently on my way to work. I understand a little burnt once in a while, but it was black on the edges. I’m sure none of the workers would want their “toast” burnt like this , so why are you serving it like that?.........

I LOVE the morning staff at this DD. They are always friendly and energetic. They've quickly become a part of my morning routine and I'm so glad that the store remained in service during the pandemic. I am obsessed their sweet black pepper bacon sammich. Recently, I drove through the drive-thru without realizing that the store wasn't open; however, the staff still took my order and started me on my day.
Rude customer service. All the donuts were missed labeled and the guy acted like I was an idiot when I asked for Maple glazed (level) he said those are actually blueberry. Almost all the donuts were labeled in correctly and he said \we've been really busy\ pour customer service
I really love Dunkin. They could easily be 5 stars. My only 2 complaint/concerns are that everyone at Dunkin handling food/drinks wear gloves and not touch all over the coffee lids or rest their hands over the top of lid. Frightened me seeing this. And then there's the Dark Roast...whose idea was it to take it off the menu?...Bad move! Midnight is ok but cant compare to the Dark Roast they once had. Please consider bringing it back.
