Great Folks - earlier i used to send only for Ms. or Mrs. Lisa - manager- from 2012- 2014 and 2017 also now she moved to West Ashley and anyhow Mike her boss District manager is also nice Now i should not forget otherwise my karma will haunt it has been more than two weeks the day i wanted to join with Dolphin Toastmaster- our scanners did nto work so i came and Ms. Hermina went out of the way to help , guide and what not - amazing person-truly dedicated to the customers Other worth mentioning is Ms. Mallory - long time she remembers Lisa and others- very good helping and she tells how to do things in proper, cost effective way - amazing good idea and nice person otherwise i would be somehow- both and the new Manager is very quick, sharp, smart and he goes out of the way to help his employees in every way including Lunch hour drinks just kidding:) from Sri aka drjustkidding.com

I had to return my at&t equipment, very clean store. Fast and easy return, the woman behind the counter knew exactly what to do. Using covid-19 practices and proper distancing too. She was patient with me, I couldn't find my account number haha. Anyhow I do recommend this store.

Two Toned

Go to another location if possible. Not only are they very slow here, the girl/lady is rude. She has no manners whatsoever. I was told to bring my items to be shipped to the register. I did and waited until she was done with her customer. Then she proceeds to call a different customer sitting in line to assist before me, even though I was clearly next since she called me up and I was in the store about 10 minutes before he came in. He had questions about email and printing which took even longer. After 30 minutes I was finally able to get out of there. I hope FedEx reads these reviews.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on Montague Avenue in North Charleston is a great place for all of your business, printing, and shipping needs. I really like the convenience of the location as it is very easy to get to from the interstate and if you are in a rush you can be in and out in a few minutes and be on your way. They have just about everything you need to carry out business. The staff here is very responsive and quick to help you get what you need no matter how large or small the project. I am always impressed with their level of customer service and everything that they are able to do. They have been consistent in their quality the many times I have been there.

I am not happy with the service. I had a package delivered to this location and my package was given to someone else. I came in and Mallory asked me for my name the last four of the tracking number, and when was my package supposed to be delivered. I told her today. She looked on the delivery shelf did not locate it came back to the counter and told me it was not there. I showed her the text messages they sent me stating to was there and ready for pick up. She then again with her unconcerned attitude glanced at the shelf, pointed to a 1(800)number and told me that I can call customer service. She had a very uncaring attitude. I called the number and I went to the site on my phone to find out that the carelessly gave my package to someone else. The reason that I had it delivered to the site was so it would not be delivered to anyone else or taken. Yet the store did just that. The call to customer service was escalated to a rep named Jackie employee 440778. For what because she was just as uncaring as the on site rep. Oh did I mention that no manager was on site to handle this? Needless to say, I insisted on speaking with Julian he is a wonderful understanding individual who took the time and show concern. I did not like the fact that I asked him how could my package be carelessly given to another customer, he stated that it happens. Not what I wanted to hear. Other than that his service was exemplary and showed was servicing paying customers was about. He was calm polite and concerned. He was able to contact the customer that they gave my package to and resolved the issue. I was there from an hour and a half. Without my persistence I don't believe that this would have happened.
