Kay Jewelers Outlet at Tanger Outlets in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to buy jewelry in the area. They have really good value and selection at their store and I have been able to find some items that were exactly what I was looking for. The staff here is very friendly and patient and takes the time to make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for.

Bought a necklace here (been repaired 4 x over) bought a diamond ring here. Take it back for cleaning and not a good job. Actually went to Diamond Direct after and they recleaned and what a difference! Love you Kay but sorry..your not doing me good. I may have to break up.

I brought in my ring in to get sized. The man working with me suggested a temporary band to see if I really want it sized. I agreed and he put one on. It was too tight so I asked him to remove it and planned to get a smaller plastic one somewhere for temporary use. He gave me the ring back all scratched so I asked him to buff it out. He was giving me attitude so now I was getting scared for my ring. He took it to the buffing wheel really roughly so I told him to just give it back to me. He ignored me saying I wanted it back three times! I looked at the manager that just stood there watching. He brought it to a magnifying machine and took a tool to it. Now I was irritated so I raised my voice to tell him to just give it back to me. The manager just stood there. Later that evening doing laundry my diamond fell out. Coincidence? Don’t think so. HORRIBLE STORE!
