This store has plenty of employees wandering around pushing carts and talking to other employees but it will be nice if they would help customers. I downloaded the Lowe's app looking for bungee cords and most of the bungee cords that are in stock have no location on the app and the ones that do aren't where they're supposed to be.I hit the customer service button to get some help and after 10 minutes of watching people stand there and talk and walk by I finally decided to go across the street to home Depot and buy them. your app said their own On aisle 25 May 26th but there is no Bay 26 on aisle 25
