After receiving replacement parts from an out of town shop due to one of their original parts being faulty, I needed to have a tire sensor programmed and installed on my new tire. I went to 3 shops, including a Honda dealership and none had the tool needed for this brand of sensor. Mark's had the tool and was able to get my sensor programmed. They installed the sensor and cleared out the error message from the system. The cost was minimal. The staff seems knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It helps that they are a Christian owned company. I would recommend them for automotive services.

I was here as a costumer for the last two years they were really good but I went there the last month for my problem in my steering wheel, they kept it from Monday till Tuesday, I took it on Tuesday around 5:20 but when I wanted to turn it on on Wednesday morning I found that the battery died ( this is the first time happen to me since I bought this car 2 and half years ago), the problem when I called them they said we jump it in twice last day (and that's never happen to me again. they were not professional because no one tells me that they jump it in twice. if there is something wrong with my car like that they should let me know about it. I will never use their services again.

Great service, Very knowledgeable technicians, they were able to get my vehicle done in 2 hours without an appointment for an alignment, something that pit stop weren't able to do because they believe something was damage and they charged me even though they couldn't aligned it because they spent time in it
