We were recommended to call Massey Services and it was the best idea ever! They are super responsive, will come over quickly to inspect and treat for pests. We recently had a termite inspection and scheduled the treatment with Ryan. He along with every team member are very thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. We will use Massey Services for years to come. I would recommend to all our friends and family!

Having used more than one service for pest control with no avail, my representative at Massey Pest Control, Bilal (I hope I spelled that correctly) did the job that was needed. Above that, he was respectful, highly knowledgable, and super clean.

Lenny Wood was our inspector. He went over and beyond to help us tackle the rodent problem. He came by the house 3 different times to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Make sure you ask for Lenny.

The issue here is that y’all have come out. And did absolutely nothing to help. Put down roach gel and they are still bad. And y’all won’t come back out until we give y’all yet more money! Y’all did NOT do what we signed up for and we have given y’all almost 2k. Money that is hard for us to come by. We will not give anymore money to y’all and we will be contacting our attorney. This is insane. Even the area he put “gel” in was smothered in bugs again. We need help and all y’all want is money. We have given enough. Until the job is done we will be looking for other ways to take care of this.
