Been a NFCU member for over 40 years and they are the best bank out there. Always friendly staff both at the branches as well as their call center. Their online app is simple to use and very efficient.

Love this back/ credit union. Been a member since 1982 and never regretted it. I can go anywhere and bank... they've been on top of technology and always have the members best interest come first.

Be prepared to wait and if you have a check to cash over 225 don't expect to get it, but on a happier note they have discovered covid only works the weekend and keep their doors locked to make things less convenient for you.

Concerning the procedures sanitizing the bank, Navy Federal Credit Union Rivers Ave. may need to scale down on their preventive measures for covid-19. I can barely breathe in there and I've been in there 5 times recently and there's so many chemicals from sanitizing floating in the air each time I had to go outside in a hurry .. If you can spare a minute in the bank for me, I need to run outside and breathe!

understaffed, understaffed, understaffed. Why even submit a review? If all past reviews talk about being understaffed and SLOW drive thru (post COVID) lines, then we are waiting our time! You guys need more employees!

Great people in this Branch, especially way back i still remember year 2012-2014... They were kind enough to give Toyota Tacoma Truck loan plus one more not to mention here in public- amazing.. People in the branch -some of them are still -few retired, or moved out or so... Linda, Lisa, Tracy etc.... Outstanding manager was Barbara... Now, we have nice manager Mrs. Deborah Evans and good person to help out last two days were Connie G Smith-worth mentioning
