Oil change
I bought my 2019 Nissan Kick in 2019. I had just returned from deployment and having some outside items affecting my credit. The salesman went out of his way to help. It took under an hour from start to finish and he has continued to follow up to ensure i was happy. Not once was i pressured. . Since then i have had oil changes and most recently my radio was possessed and randomly turn off and dash lights would randomly pop on. I had to drop my car off before they opened. When they opened they confirmed they have my car and sent me video of car. I sent it to my insurance company and they actually lowered my insurance. This is my second Nissan and i will continue to buy here and get my maintenance here. I will say the staff here transparent and have total integrity.

The service department was very prompt and efficient. Jordan was not only very friendly and knowledgeable, he was very helpful to me who is totally at a disadvantage with car maintenance. I felt comfortable trusting Jordan and the person who did the work on my car. Jordan was very thoughtful and conscientious about his job. I felt very fortunate to have worked with him.
Ben Douglass in service is top notch! He provided a fantastic experience from start to finish with my GTR. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I'm new to Charleston and this was my first visit to this dealership. I'm a car guy who is very picky where I take my vehicles for service. I will definitely be back and will ask for Ben by name! The GTR tech (Michael W.) was very careful with my car, especially with mounting the very wide tires (THANK YOU)! I noticed they also have a huge inventory of vehicles on their lot. Very fast and friendly service. They gave me a ride home and a ride back to pick up my car. However,had I known what an accommodating waiting lounge they had I would have gladly waited for my vehicle. Cindy explained everything to it's fullest. So nice also. I will continue to have them do all future maintenance on my vehicle.
Had taken my car to this dealership before and explained that I was hearing a noise. The technician would not ride in my car with me to listen to the noise due to COVID. I left, and the noise got worse so I called and spoke to the manager. He had me to come in and he rode with me and he knew right away what the problem was. I took it back to receive the repair that it needed. Jordan which is supper nice keep me updated about my vehicle and let me know that Mr. Story (manager) was going to test drive my vehicle personally to make sure everything was running correctly. My car is driving just like it was the day I bought it. Thank you Jordan and Mr. Story!
