Order about 80 worth of food. Came at a decent time, unfortunately it wasn't completed. Items were missing. So had to go get it. At the end of the day food was alright, but with that experience probably won't eat from here again.

Coffee is only hot if you catch them making it. I've gotten cold to luke warm coffee more times than not. Once, the girl said, \you can microwave it.\ Yes, not acceptable! Pastries are generally good. Good service is sporadic, depending on who is working.

Online said they had chicken salad with pecans, grapes& craisins, which is why I went there. But, I was disappointed when I was told they did NOT have it. So, I ordered the Fiji apple, pecan & chicken salad. Got to the window & was told they didn't have any apple chips or pecans for the salad. It was a huge disappointment all the way around!! Well, at least the cashier was nice, even though I didn't get anything.

I have a coffee subscription here. It's 9 per month and you get free unlimited hot coffee, iced coffee or hot tea each day. I hang out just about every day and use their free high speed wifi with an outlet at every table. I also am in love with their greek salad.

I was happy with the service that I received at this location. This location was is well organized. I was disappointed that this location or the other locations in the Charleston market do not sell chocolate gluten friend cookie. It is so delicious.
