Normally I go to another store, but they didnt have the dragon balloon my child wanted (last minute change from dinosaurs). I called several stores a day ahead looking for a balloon. We found them at the NC store where unbeknownst to me the manager pulled the balloons my daughter wanted for her birthday and had them sitting on the side for us the next day. When I went to leave the dragon snapped off the string where it was tied and floated away. The cashier saw it, didn't wait, and was looking for a replacement when I walked back in. Their fast and friendly service are worth the extra drive.
