My classic Porsche had something fall on the front fender in storage and it got badly dented. I immediately called Platinum and asked if they would help restore the fender to the original condition. I was amazed at how quickly Platinus team worked and in less than 10 days my car was back and looked like the accident had never happened! Can't thank the team at Platinum enough for being masters at their craft. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Ricky and his team are phenomenal! He has done work on my Range Rover and also my brand new Lincoln Aviator! Paint correction touched up the aviator and it looks like we're looking in a mirror! Very professional and quick turnaround time.

This is the only shop I trust for cosmetic repairs & upgrades in the Charleston market. Ricky & Joe were on top of ensuring everything came out perfectly (rims & repainting two rear panels). They were able to salvage my curbed rims & beautifully powdercoat them. I couldn't even tell they had curb marks previously once they were finished. I highly recommend these guys for any high-end auto work, from paint to turbos.

So I go to get my car done as it had some paint damage. At first I noticed that the color match was a bit off, no big deal the damage is fixed. Next there was areas of clear coat build up, no problem it will smooth out with some compound. Then I noticed that the entire wheel well had a clear coat tape line, but then again its not that noticeable. Finally I saw that the didn’t even paint one of the damaged areas, it was left half finished with some primer showing. I pointed that spot out and they said that it will go away over time, but actually it just got worse until that spot started to rust do to the improper job. I tried to call them and they never replied. I will say that they were nice enough to give me a military discount and update me on the status of my car:)

Ricky and crew delivered excellent customer service. They were quick, precise and professional. 3 days later, my car looked like it did on the showroom floor!
