I visited Port City Plastic Surgery last month and had an amazing Hydrafacial with Ariana. It had been a while since my last facial (due to Covid) and I knew my skin was desperate for some much needed attention. Ariana provided a wonderful Hydrafacial complete with extractions. She fixed me right up to where I looked glowing and hydrated afterwards. She used the best serums for my individual skin issues and is very knowledgeable about skin care and at home maintenance to see the best results. We already scheduled my next visit and I look forward to that little bit of “me” time we are all craving. The practice is very clean and safe and the employees I encountered we’re taking all the necessary precautions.

I am a previous patient of Dr. Widenhouse. I had more than one surgery with this office. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and courtesy is unbelievable (ranging from the front desk to the doctor's office). It seems to be a \best practice\ to disregard or dismiss post-op questions or concerns. In my experiences, the friendly smiling faces and amicable conversations seem to change to sharp frowns accompanied by disrespectful and rude behavior. The administrative staff is not credentialed to answer any questions regarding surgery. The responses received from these uneducated employees (as well as the PA) lacked empathy and consideration. Instead their remarks were degrading, humiliating, and blame shifting during telephone calls and email responses. It seems the benevolent demeanor only lasts until the check clears! And the clock seems to tick a little faster on the doctor's watch in between the dates of the consultation, payment received and surgery. His time during the post-op appointment seems to be more restricted, attention is more distracted, and the thorough explanations turn into one word phrases with solutions of EVERYTHING to avoid REVISION (corrective surgery that is FREE of CHARGE)! I would not recommend this doctor or his office if it were the last practice providing free services to anyone who applies! Find a doctor and staff with genuine authenticity who treat patients with dignity and respect...not one where \masks\ are worn by all - *BEFORE COVID-19*. PCPS is an office that truly welcomes you upon admission, but you are truly dismissed once discharged. *I chose one star because at least one is required to post this review. Otherwise, it would be far less!*

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Widenhouse. Dr. Widenhouse and his staff are always very helpful. Although I've had multiple procedures at his practice, Dr. Widenhouse continues to take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns at all appointments (both pre-op and post-op). The office environment is warm and friendly during every visit! I would recommend Port City Plastic Surgery to anyone.

Let’s just say it was every and more! The surgeon Mr. Widenhouse answered all my questions and concerns about the procedure! And is a very nice spirit person! His office is clean and welcoming I just felt like this is the place! I haven’t scheduled a date yet but I really am going to do so really soon!
