Carpet cleaning - 4 BR, hallway, stairs x 1.5 and SG carpets. Paul Johnston was technician who provided service. He was pleasant, motivated, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, professional and performance was excellent and exceptional as always. He was unable to scan, email, text or print a copy of the invoice describing service visit and receipt too. I will contact the local office and inquire about copy of invoice.
