I just had a terrible interactions with the female front desk lady, banker and the manager. I was waiting for the manager to come in since he met with my husband about our mortgage rate (because he apparently had notes on our case). However, the manager wasn’t there when I arrived. While I was waiting for manager to come, the front desk lady and the banker was whispering with the banker staring at me. When the manager came in, the banker ran out and told him it’s handled. The manager raises his hand dismissively and said (paraphrasing) “well, it looks like it’s handled”. When I tried to relay the message that he met my husband, he said bye and walked into his office. I even paused at his door to ask a question but he didn’t look up and was on his phone. I just left more frustrated. Of note, the same manager apparently spoke to my husband and was “really nice”.
